what a difference a little paint makes
I found this vintage nightstand at a local antique mall a few weeks back and knew it would be perfect painted. I love the french provencial look and for only $25 it was quite the steal.
After some primer and a few coats of Heirloom White it has a new life in my guest bedroom!

weekend find
This past weekend I found this adorable iron welcome sign at a local antique mall. While it was in great condition, I thought it was a little too rustic for my liking.

After a few coats of my favorite "Heirloom White" and a little distressing it has the perfect shabby chic look. Now I just need to find the perfect place for it.

for the birds...
Finally! After searching every flea market, yard sale and antique store I finally found the perfect birdcage. Yesterday I found this beauty at a local antique mall and knew with a little paint it would be perfect on my console table.

The green color wasn't great, but all it needed was a coat of flat black spray paint!

a quick makeover
A few weeks back my cousin gave me these bar stools that she no longer needed. The green stain was a tad worn and dated but I knew a little spray paint was all they needed.
After a little Heirloom White and some distressing they have a whole new look!
