atlanta finds: shopping edition

At the top of my shopping list was Ballard's Backroom..a great clearance center for Ballard Designs. I was really at a loss for this one since I couldn't fit any furniture on the plane with me. The discounts were amazing!  And you all know how much I adore Ballard.

Next up was Simply Home. An adorable cottage looking store with refinished furniture and a lot of white. I took a couple pictures of pieces I loved.. a must hit located in Buckhead.

This cream chandelier was gorgeous....

I'm always looking for one of these sleigh day beds to paint.. I love the cream and white linens with the burlap pillows!

I came across this vintage sign store in Chamblee... home of Antique Row.

One of my favorite stores is Nadeau. If you haven't heard of them before check out their website. They have a bunch of locations and sell unique furniture from all over the world at wholesale prices. It was open to the trade only but is not a retail store as well. I LOVED this painted china cabinet. I would tend to paint it in the reverse with the color on the inside.. but may have to try one this way!

atlanta finds

I managed to fit a few things into my suitcase from Atlanta... I found this candlabra at a flea market for less than $5! It'll look great after a few coats of white paint!

These brass pillar holders are adorable. I love mixing the two different shapes but bringing them together with the same paint color.

My favorite things to find in flea markets are old brass candlesticks. I got quite a few on this trip...

I also went to Hobby Lobby for the first time! We don't have them in Philadelphia so it was quite exciting to go there. I found all these adorable knobs! And some fabric for an upcoming project..
