loving: black doors

A few weeks back I was watching the Real Housewives of DC and noticed Mary's front door. It looked just like mine (pictured below) but the door was painted black. And I've been thinking about it ever since! I just love the contrast with the white trim and side windows. I am going to paint the front of the door this week so it's the perfect time to paint the back too!

Here are a few more examples.. What do you all think?

loving: white kitchens

I have just been loving white kitchens recently. They look so clean and fresh.

I love the island in this kitchen it makes the whole room look so open!

The black details on the hardware and windows really make this room pop.

Ahh white subway tile and Carrera marble...

I love a farmhouse sink!

These look amazing with contrasting black counters...

These rooms have me dreaming up plans for a white kitchen of my own. Would you do an all white kitchen?

loving: chalkboard walls

Ever since I saw an adorable chalkboard wall at Simply Home in Atlanta I've been dreaming up ideas for one of my own. I would love to do it in my kitchen... but I just don't have the right layout for it. Maybe I'll stick with the pantry door idea. Here are a few inspirational pics I found...

Love, love, love these kitchen walls...

Hmm the green interesting...

loving: pantry doors

I've been dreaming recently about replacing my own pantry door with one of these vintage looking ones. I don't know if I prefer the screen ones or the chalkboard best. What do you think?

loving: ruffles

The girlie girl in me is majorly obsessed with ruffles these days. I just can't get enough of them!

Love, love, love this duvet from Urban Outfitters.

These panels would be perfect in a nursery or little girls room!

These pillows from Pier 1 are on my shopping list... now I just have to decide which shape I like best.

loving: neutral bedrooms

Nothing says calm to me like a neutral bedroom.. I could easily relax in any of these, hmm maybe I should paint mine...
