next up: slipcovered armchair
I recently bought a wingback chair off of Craigslist with the hopes of slipcovering it. I know I want a white cover and a skirt at the bottom.. Should it go down to the floor or do I want to see the legs? I'd love to hear what you think.. here are some examples of both.

ReplyDeleteI like the to-the-floor look, but if you have pets it will be MUCH easier if you let the legs show. That way the hem isn't on the floor where they're walking around and shedding. Obviously, I have two dogs!
ReplyDeleteMy mom bought me pretty much the same chair on craigslist a few years ago. It doesn't have nice legs so I just threw a random slipcover on it. I could use a well fit, cute one like one of these though. If you find a cute one in a good color to go with my blue and white plaid couch (which I swear I will take a picture of some day) let me know!
