After a few coats I found some left over gray paint I had laying around and hand painted over the key design. Here it is on my coffee table... Perfect for the summer! I think it'll be great for bringing drinks out on our deck!

greek key
A couple weeks ago I picked up this dated faux wood tray. It was in desperate need for a makeover! I just loved the Greek key border though so I snatched it up! Here it is after a good cleaning...
I started out by spraying the whole thing with my favorite Heirloom White..
After a few coats I found some left over gray paint I had laying around and hand painted over the key design. Here it is on my coffee table... Perfect for the summer! I think it'll be great for bringing drinks out on our deck!

I have the same exact tray I found in a thrift store last summer! I painted mine silver, but I never thought of making the Greek key design a different color until I saw your project...Looks great I cant wait to try it!!
