I started out by sanding off the old paint and giving it a few light coats of Heirloom White. I then sanded it down with a power sander to give it a very distressed look. Lastly, I drilled a hole under each of the three squares and screwed in a glass knob.
All it needed to finish it up were two d rings on the back so I could hang it right by my front door...
Ahh, the perfect set of hooks to hang the dogs leash, coats, etc on!
This looks awesome! Nice job.
ReplyDeleteLove it. Anything old that can be rescued and reused is awesome.

That is perfection. I absolutely love all of your choices with this piece and it turned out so. I don't think you're a "future" domestic goddess...you're there. Well, can you bake? :)
