While in Atlanta, my cousin asked me if she could paint this particle board chest of drawers. She wanted to paint it to use in a nursery for the baby boy she's expecting in the next few weeks.
A little oak veneer never scared me away... After a quick trip to Hobby Lobby for primer, paint and new knobs we took it apart and removed the old knobs...
After one coat of gray primer and two coats of Rustoleum's American Accent spray paint in Wildflower Blue (satin of course) this is what it looked like!
These black knobs were perfect!

ReplyDeleteYes- beautiful blue (my fav color) and beautiful knobs too!
ReplyDeleteThe blue is so pretty. I really like bold colors on boring pieces of furniture. It makes them look special and more expensive.
