I started out by sanding the top down a bit to get some of the scratches out. After a little Kilz, it looks like a whole new table!
I went to my go to white, Glidden's Antique White for that shabby look I love. After the two coats of paint and one coat of polyacrylic to protect it, here's the final result! I only wish I had room for it myself!
Looks great! I wonder if that is a chair behind the table on the first pic. Great job!
ReplyDeleteLooks nice! great job.

Looks great in a fresh new coat of white.
ReplyDeleteLook so nice and clean! Wish I had room for it. Come on over to my blog and enter my give away.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great! My friend has a table very much like this one that she plans on painting white, I'll have to have her look at your blog:)
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I have a very similar table sitting in my garage waiting to be transformed...
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm jealous - I'm actually looking for something similar myself. I found a round table at Goodwill a couple weeks ago and was disappointed to find it wasn't real wood. :(
ReplyDeleteLOVELY! It looks very similar to our kitchen table. Thanks for sharing again at the POPP.
ReplyDeleteThat is so gorg! I am looking for one myself - you wouldn't be happening to CL it, since you "don't have room"? Keep up the great blog - I think you may be my design soulmate!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great table. It looks wonderful in the white.
