A couple weeks ago I decided to finally tackle painting the kitchen island. I wanted to break up the mass of cherry cabinets in my kitchen. Here is what it looked like before..
And here is the after. I used 1 coat of gray primer, two coats of black paint and then a coat of polyurethane. Sorry about the terrible pictures, it's been raining here and hard to get a good one without using the flash...
